It's that time of the year! Band Camp will be held this year from July 22nd to August 2nd. Here's a few important reminders as we enter into the new season:
Forms - Please make sure you've returned the required participation forms. These can be found on the "Forms" page.
Physical Exams - Physicals can be submitted online through the school's Privit link. All Marching Band students must have an updated physical on file before participating in band camp. A new physical is required every year so please check the date of your last physical if you haven't had one recently.
Band Fees - Please check the band fee schedule to make sure you're up to date. You can conveniently pay via PayPal on the "Financials" page.
Water - Students participating in camp will need to bring a large water jug with them each day.
Food - Band camp is not the week to diet! Please make sure your student has plenty to eat (no dairy) and drink before they arrive at band camp each day.
Lunch/Snacks - Speaking of food, healthy snacks are helpful for our scheduled breaks. If your student is attending camp all day please make sure they pack a lunch and enough snacks to last them the entire day.
Attire - Tennis shoes (no sandals) are required for band camp. It may also be a good idea to bring bug spray, a hat, and sunglasses to wear throughout the afternoon.
Equipment - Each marcher will need a lyre and a flip folder. You can find these at most music supply stores.
Donations - We're always taking donations of water and Powerade! Any donations you can send in are greatly appreciated!
